27332 Pinewood, Lake Arrowhead, CA

About 27332 Pinewood

Located on a county-maintained road, this classic Lake Arrowhead 4-bedroom, 3-full-bath cabin puts you moments from the Blue Jay Village and the lake, with lake rights so you can enjoy it all. Arrive to nearly level off-street parking for three cars, a rare treat on the mountain; then only a few steps down to the front door. Inside, a stellar floor plan spreads bedrooms across every level, giving everyone their own cozy corner of the woods. Gather in the main family room with soaring tongue and groove ceilings, then head downstairs to the game room, enjoying a fireplace on both levels. Spend time together at the wet bar, or playing at the pool table or foosball for friendly rivalries that run late into the night. Three refreshed decks are made for morning coffee under the pines and stargazing after dark. The hard work is already done: newer flooring and paint throughout, plus a new roof in 2023. Formerly a proven short-term rental, it boasts an active STR permit. Delivered furnished.
