Maria comes to us with experience in higher education and non-profit management. In the role of Director of Operations, Maria will ensure all procedures and systems are in place to help us deliver exceptional customer care. Born and raised in Poway, she has many connections throughout San Diego. She currently lives in Rancho Bernardo with her husband and 3 boys. On the weekends, you’ll find her on the sports fields, hiking, or family gatherings. She has a love of the city and creating lasting relationships, and looks forward to helping families right here in her home town
